Stir over ice and strain into a Martini glass
Tom Collins 1 ½ oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Soda Water
Stir, fill with soda and ice, highball glass
Blueberry BeretFresh local blueberries are in season, so we muddle blueberries, add ice, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, gin,elderflower liqueur,lemon juice and simple syrup. Shaken, double strained and served up.

Ramos Gin Fizz 2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 whole medium egg
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into short glass and add soda to taste.
Demeanor 1 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Rothman and Winter Crème de Violette
1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
Stir over ice and strain into a Martini glass
Old Tom Cocktail 2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/4 oz Pacifique Absinthe
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
Shake over ice and strain into a Martini glass
Aviation 1 ½ oz Voyager Dry Gin
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Rothman and Winter Crème de Violette
1 tsp Maraschino
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist (Cherry optional)

3/4 oz Batavia-Arrack van Oosten
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Stir and serve in a highball
Havana 11⁄2 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
3/4 oz Batavia-Arrack van Oosten
3/4 oz Sacred Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash lemon juice
Shake & strain, lowball glass
Corn n' Oil (aka Bajan Legend) 1 oz Smith & Cross Traditional Rum

Royal Bermuda Yacht Club 2 oz Smith & Cross Traditional Rum

Salzburg Martini1.5 oz Ebb +Flow Gin
3/4 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Negroni1 1/2 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz Ebb + Flow Gin
Stir and serve over ice in a lowball glass
Orange twist for garnish
Sazerac3 oz High West Double Rye! whiskey
3/4 oz simple syrup
Dash of Scrappy’s aromatic bitters
Pacifique Absinthe (Use an atomizer and spritz the inside of the lowball glass)
Strain the whiskey mixture from the mixing glass into the lowball glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Mojito2 oz Neisson Blanc rum
2 tsp sugar
6-8 mint leaves
1 lime in slices
Muddle all the ingredients except the Rum in a pint or highball glass. Add the Rum and then Soda to taste
Garnish with a mint sprig

Americano1 oz Campari
1 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
Stir Campari and Dolin Sweet Vermouth over ice in a lowball glass.
Add soda to taste
Garnish with an orange slice.
Blood and Sand3/4 oz Amrut Single Malt Scotch Whisky
3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
3/4 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Orange Juice
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with an orange slice
Bronx1 1/2 oz Sun Liquor Hedgetrimmer Gin
1/4 oz DolinDry Vermouth
1/4 oz Dolin Sweet vermouth
1 oz Orange Juice
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with an orange slice
French 751/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz Sun Liquor Hedgetrimmer Gin
1/2 oz Compass Box Orangerie Infused Scotch Whisky
Boizel Champagne
Stir all ingredients except Champagne with ice & strain into a Champagne glass.
Carefully add the Champagne.
Hurricane2 oz Neisson Blanc rum
2 oz The Scarlet Ibis Rhum
1 oz B.G. Reynold's Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz Orange Juice
Juice from half a lime
1 Tbsp simple syrup
1 Tbsp grenadine
Stir with ice & strain into a Hurricane glass.
Garnish with an orange slice and cherry
Old Fashioned3 oz Old Bardstown Gold bourbon
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab Boker’s Bitters
2 orange slices
Muddle all ingredients except the Bourbon with ice in a lowball glass. Add the bourbon and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Rob Roy1 1/2 oz Amrut Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1/4 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Dr Adam Elmegirab Boker’s Bitters
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry
Singapore Sling1 1/2 oz Ebb + Flow Gin
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Soda
Muddle all the ingredients except the Cherry brandy and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Soda water. Float the Cherry brandy onto the drink
Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry.

Corpse reviver #21 ounce Sun Liquor Hedgetrimmer Gin
1 ounce Cocchi Americano
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ounce Compass Box Orangerie Infused Scotch Whisky
1 drop Pacifique Absinthe
Using an atomizer give a shaker 1 spritz.
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry
Manhattan2 oz High West Double Rye! whiskey
1/2 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Dr Adam Elmegirab Boker’s Bitters
Stir with ice & strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry
